I’m trying to install piwik but the installation doesn’t start I only get a white page.

There was only a 500 error response in the access logs and no error in error logs! Also my host support couldn’t see any error.
I installed piwik somewhere else (e.g. localhost) and imported the database and copied the cofig.ini.php file (with some edits for database information) to config subfolder.
