Installation Error Barnes_&_Noble.ico

Hello,
I wanted to install Piwik on a Webspace hosted by “Hetzner South Africa”. During the installation I get an error that a file called “/plugins/DevicesDetection/images/brand/Barnes_&_Noble.ico” is missing.

It is true, the file is missing, because I was not able to copy the file on the server. The server does not accept filenames containing a “&”.
Is it somehow possible to continue the installation, even when the file is missing? I don’t think this file is very important or prevents Piwik from working?

Maybe it would also be good not to use special characters like “&” in filenames.

OK, I figured out how to continue the installation without the file. I deleted the entry of the ico-file in config/manifest.inc.php

I guess, this is no “clean” solution and I hope there will be no problems during next update. But for now it solved my issue.
