I am trying to setup Piwik on my VPS. However, when I try to do the system check I get the attached screenshot instead of an actual system check. Does anyone have an idea of what to look at to fix this?
do you see any error in your server error logs?
Nothing in my error log about that site.
You most likely have suhosin installed and block some php functions. Try taking your Piwik host off the suhosin blacklisting: http://presoon.com/blog/2009/07/08/suhosin-exclude-a-domain-from-disabled-functions/
I am not too sure which function is causing this but I have seen it before and could fix it by disabling suhosin for the host in question.

Disabling suhosin in ZPanel fixed it, thanks.
