i whant to install piwik. I upload the files an i whant to open the installation
than i get this error:
Error: Unable to mkdir /srv/www/vhosts/XXXmydomain.de/httpdocs/piwik/tmp/sessions
I hope you can help me. And sorry for my bad english.

The web server doesn’t have write access to the tmp folder. chmod it to 777. Install Piwik, letting the web server create the tmp subfolders (tmp/cache, tmp/templates_c, tmp/latest, and tmp_sessions). Once Piwik has been installed, change the permission on the tmp folder back to what it was originally.
