Is it possible to get information on an individual visitor?
We are developing a “chat to sales” function and when a user starts chatting we want to be able to get information about that specific visitor such as browser, OS, country, number of visits, last visit, pages visited etc.
One way this could work is that the chat program would pass a URL to the agent which they could then click on to get to a Piwik report specifically for that visitor.
Is any of that possible?
