Impossible to connect to Self-Hosted Matomo

Hi,

I configured the plugin " WP-Matomo Integration (WP-Piwik)" on a Wordpress Website for connecting it to a self Hosted Matomo. But it doesn’t want to connect to it (cf. image)

I launched the test script and i have this error “429 Too Many Requests” :
