I can't start the GA4 import

Hello, when I try to begin the process to import the data from Google Analytics I get this error

I complete the fields “End Date” and “GA4 Property ID”, but when I click start nothing happens and that message pops up.
I checked the Google account and matomo has access:

Anyone knows what could be causing this? Thanks.

Could this problem showing in the System Check have something to do with this? PHP version has been updated to the latest version recently and there are no issues with that.
