Hi,

If you are a normal user, enter one of your recovery codes to log in and then disable it in the user settings.

Alternatively a superuser can also disable 2fa for other users (I think).

If you are a superuser and can’t access Matomo, you can remove the value in the token_auth column of the matomo_user table for this user.
