How to track navigation links on kendo?

Hi,
We are using Kendo Grid in our project which contains Back, Next, First & Last on Kendo grid. For these text in css they used ::before and ::after for appending the text in grid.
when user clicks on these links [back, next, prev, last ]I want to track these in Matomo.
And we also have graph on the same page and when I hover on any graph that I want to track it.
Can somebody help me how to track this.
