Hello! I would like to remove some logs because they were wrongly imported by Tracking API. Is there a safe way to do it?

The best way to delete raw data is using the GDPR tool.

And what to do when this tool don’t work?

I tried in many versions os PHP (7.*) and with drivers PDO, MySQLi and nothing.

Any other way?

How does it not work for you? Do you see any error message? Can you check the Matomo log and PHP error log?
