How to Remove Email Reports link

I would like to remove the email reports link so that it is not available to users. How can I do this?

Disable the PDF Reports plugin

Thanks. However, I don’t want to disable the feature completely. I still want someone with Admin access to have the ability to send pdf reports. I Just want to disable the option for anonymous users.
