How to integrate Form in react native mobile

This is to inform you that we are create a mobile app in React native and backend (Admin) in ReactJs, so we want to integrate Tracking Forms in React Native mobile app
but due to inbuilt function in react native there is no way to integarte form name etc. Can you please suggest us how we can intgrate Tracking Forms in React Native.

Yes i am talking about the Form Analytics premium plugin.
