How to implament parameters on img pixel

Hi guys,

My name is Igal and I am trying to implement the img code on my html page using the img pixel, I am trying to also attach the referral url option, here is the pixel:

And I am willing to add:
Urlref

my site is integral-marketing.com

And I am not so sure on how
can someone help me get it in the correct way?

I dont see how to implament the &urlref=ENCODED_URL_REFERRER
to the img tracker.
