Hi,
I am using Matomo on premise. I am getting all the data that I want except geo location of the user. I am trying to use the Campus Geo IP plugin that is available in the marketplace, but even after installing the plugin, it says “not installed”, I have populated one(location table) of the two tables created by this plugin and have also deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but it still says “not installed”.
Please help me.
