How to Change Website Name to logo and retrieve data from database

Hi,

Can I change website name to logo ? Please refer to attached image.

If yes, I’ve created a table to store location of the logo which will be used to replace the name. How to retrieve data from database?

I can retrieve the location of the logo. However, still unable change website name to logo. Kindly guide me
