How to change access to the plugin for users?

Hello,

I would like to give to the users more power through giving access to SitesManager. How to give to the users accesss rights. Can you help me? please!

I’m trying to do that by changing all getSitesWithAdminAccess() and checkUserHasSomeAdminAccess()
into
getSitesWithAdminAccess() and checkUserHasSomeAdminAccess()
and the menu has appeared in configuration menu but it is not accessible by the user with view rights only.

PLEASE HELP!
