How to block local IP?

In my Referers I have the IP of our Intranet server (192.168.4.123) counting the visits coming from there, because some pages from our Website are linked in the Intranet.

How can I prevent Piwik from counting those visits?

In the Site Manager I have entered the external IP of the Intranet server to the list of ignored IPs, but that seem to be without effect. Is it possible to just enter the local IP mentioned above or how can I block specific IPs from being listed in my Referers?

Can you try adding 192.168.4.123 as an “Alias URL” for this website in Settings > Websites ?

I haven’t checked if it works, but if it does (or not) please lte me know

Note: it would only work for future visits
