Hello, I don’t quite understand how Visits by visit number is calculated. Can someone explain please?
A visitor can have multiple visits, when he/she visits the next day or is inactive for more than 30 minutes, it is counted as a new visit.
If the user is in his 4th visit, it is counted within the 4th row of the report.
Since you just have users doing their 1st visit, perhaps a) you just started tracking your page with piwik, b) you implemented the tracking code wrong or c) every action is counted as a new visit. That can have multiple reasons.
I’m manually logging entries using the piwik library for c#. Also I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. BTW the visits by day since last visit is also wrong.
