How can I Stop spam-referer

Hy,

how can I stop http://127.0.0.1:8888/orange.html as spam-referrer.

I put the Url in the spammers.txt! Look the picture.

But I still see father accessdata to my website.

Please help.

Can I delete the Spam-Traffic later?

I think the spammers.txt only supports hostnames? Is there a real application at http://127.0.0.1:8888 or is that a fake referrer?
