How can I draw a custom graph

I’d like to draw graphs for Custom Variables with arbitrary conditions.

Say that each of my visitors has the following two Custom Variables:

  • Language
  • Gender

I’d like to draw a pie graph for the distribution of different langages only for females i.e. Gender == Female

I’ve checked out the metadata API help, but it seems that either some of the parameters are not explained or I think what I want is not currently possible under Piwik…

i would personnally love if Piwik would do this out of the box indeed… as it’s rather “basic” feature. There is a ticket at Allow to plot custom variable values (or any rows) by searching & plotting - JS Graphs · Issue #2786 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub
