Hello,

First, thanks for a wonderful product.

My partner and I are developing a local leads system which includes a feature to rent a page within a site, rather than an entire site.

As a part of our system. we would like to generate traffic reports, basically like the reports currently generated, except that we need a way to include only pages for the current client, rather than site wide.

I haved added a custom variable for the current client at page display time, but I am not aware of how to use it to restrict the report results, nor am I aware of whether this is the best way to approach this issue.

I am interesting in doing this in such a way as to allow for future updates to the core code, that do not disrupt the report modification.

Your help is greatly appreciated!

You should use Segmentation Segmentation - Compare segments of visitors - Analytics Platform - Matomo to segment the reports only for users who have entered on a given page, or seen a given page.

Note: you should also use beta or wait for 1.7 301 Moved Permanently
