Help ! impossible to connect Piwik

I don’t know if I have done something wrong but actualy impossible to connect to admin Piwik or to display in front-end

Mysqli prepare error: INSERT command denied to user ‘dbo219480246’@‘212.227.119.160’ for table ‘piwik_option’

Somebody can help me to resolve ?

It means your webhost removed permission to your user to insert more data in the DB. contact your web host directly for this.
