I try to exclude IP’s inside Matomo. Which procedure is the correct one (inside Matomo admin or Javascript)?

Hi,

If you want Matomo to ignore the IPs, adding them to the ignored list should be enough.

You could write some Javascript if you avoid the request even reaching the Matomo server.
