Heatmaps plugin is crashing

Has anyone experienced problems with the plugin heat maps? Sometimes the collected data disappear and it shows zero samples even if the heatmap was created a while ago.

This is unusual and not something we have heard of before. Does the data reappear again? Or once it is gone you do not see it again?

Once it is gone it do not reappear. Then I have to set up a new heatmap.

How long after the heatmap was started does the data disappear? Does it only vanish after the heatmap has ended or this can happen any time?

I think it vanish when the heatmap has ended. But another problem we have is sometimes the heatmap never collect any data. I need to set up a new one and then it works, for the most part.

Can you please check your DB to see if the heatmaps are deleted? The should be in _site_hsr
