I gave Matomo on-prem and aid for the heatmap feature. However, I set bunch pf pages up and am not seeing anything, just messages like this:
What am I doing wrong? I must be missing something obvious as it is the same for all of them.

If Matomo is unable to capture the screenshot automatically, there should be an option to ‘manually’ capture this.
You can find that option when editing your heatmap.

Alternatively when viewing your web page, you can append to the pageURL &pk_hsr_forcesample=1 (or #pk_hsr_forcesample=1 depending on the site) to try and force a screenshot to be taken.
