Hello, we have a SaaS web application that has recently started using Matomo Heatmaps. We noticed that the heatmap is truncated after the “Avg. Above the fold” line. How do we get to view the heatmap for the entire page? We know the entire page downloads as our users use the app and the rest of the page. However unable to figure out how to get Matomo to show that on the Heatmap.
Any insights or help with this issue appreciated.
FYI, we have reviewed the FAQs and unable to find a solution for our issue as the pages are not lazy loaded
