I have installed Matomo om my local system for testing and development purpose. I also want to use HeatmapSessionRecording plugin. But the system Check showing following an error.
The URL 'http://localhost/matomo2/plugins/HeatmapSessionRecording/configs.php?idsite=1&trackerid=5lX6EM&url=http%3A%2F%2Ftest.test%2F' seems to be not accessible from the Internet or Intranet. As a result, tracking Heatmaps and Session Recordings may not work. You may need to change your webserver configuration to allow access to this file via the Internet or Intranet.
I tried to access following URL in my browser but my web server i.e. iis showing 404 error.
I checked the physical path through cmd, it exists. I also tried to change permissions, and granted all permissions to IIS_IUSRS but still facing same issue.
Anyone please me to fix this issue. Thanks a lot in advance.
