Hello, i am currently working on a feature so our client can make Heatmaps and Sessionrecordings. It will be implemented in our platform (it’s a platform where our client can make websites for all of there products).
Everything is working perfectly for the heatmaps. I get all the heatmaps of a website with the API and showing the heatmap in a iframe with the following URL: https://matomo.test/index.php?module=Widgetize&action=iframe&moduleToWidgetize=HeatmapSessionRecording&actionToWidgetize=showHeatmap&idSiteHsr=17&useDateUrl=0&idSite=70&period=day&date=yesterday&token_auth=xyz.
Except the Sessionrecording iframe isn’t working it’s showing an error: the user need to be logged in. I’m using this URL: https://matomo.test/index.php?module=Widgetize&action=iframe&moduleToWidgetize=HeatmapSessionRecording&actionToWidgetize=replayRecording&idSiteHsr=21&idLogHsr=46&idSite=70&period=year&date=yesterday&token_auth=xyz
I use the same token_auth for both iframes. If i login with the user in the Matomo Dashboard it self. I can view the SessionRecordings, but it doesn’t work for this sessionReplayUrl that i get from the API.
Anyone knows what to do?
