Does the heatmap use the same screenshot for all devices: desktop, tablet, mobile? Because i noticed that my heatmap generated a mobile screenshot and it is also used for desktop

I already set the breakpoints for each devices matching the break points of the site’s.

Heatmaps does not capture screenshot, it does capture the DOM and renders it inside Matomo. It is expected to have different screen captures for different as it is seen in the different devices. If you see similar screenshots, please delete the screenshot which is not matching (for ex: mobile) and try to visit the web page from the actual device and see if you get a new screenshot.
