Hello, I’m having an issue getting the heatmap tool to render an accurate screenshot for my site. It adds an excess of blank space (1000+ pixels) around elements and is failing to render the entire page, stopping after the first 2 sections of a 6 section page. Screenshot of the mobile render below. There are no errors in the console from the heatmap page, or when visiting the site directly.
The site is built on Squarespace. Are there troubleshooting steps to getting the heatmap to render correctly?
