Green customize / export view icons on top

Hi,

I think that putting the green “customizing / export / search icons” at the bottom of the page isn’t easy for new Matomo users to find.

Would it be possible to let users choose if they want to leave those options at the bottom or the top ?

Having those options at the top would definitely make them easier to find, especially for new users who might not scroll all the way down. Even better if it could be customizable so people can choose what works best for them.
