We’ve setup Google Ads to import conversions from Matomo. We routinely see a “This click is too old.” error, even though we’ve set Matomo to export the last Click ID and use a 90 day lookback period.
This should match Google, which says: “Conversions uploaded more than 90 days after the associated last click won’t be imported by Google Ads and will therefore not show up in your conversion statistics.”
Why would we be getting “This click is too old.” errors?
