There is currently no field for the siteID in the Google Analytics importer. A new ID is also generated with each new import. Are there any plans to add a field for this, or do I need to change this directly in the SQL?

I think you should create a ticket in the GA importer for such a new feature.
I think you could also update the site ID after the import but at your own risk as you must not miss any linked table (I know there is at least matomo_log_visit, matomo_log_visit, matomo_log_conversion)
