Google Analytics Import - where is it?

I have installed matomo, since I wanted to remove google analytics.
After configuring websites, I have discovered that I could import my GA data.
I have started following this guide:

in particular the 2 minute video, I made all the steps for the first part and downloaded my json file.
Then I went to my matomo installation and, surprisingly, there’s not Google Analytics Import in the left menu, under Settings > System. Is this maybe a premium feature?

You need to install the GoogleAnalyticsImporter plugin in Platform > Marketplace and then activate it in System > Plugin
