Google Ads Conversion Tag implemented with Custom HTML shows in debug mode but not in network tab

Hi there,

I have implemented some Google Ads conversion tags using the custom html tag and MTM debug mode also shows that they are fired. However I do not see them in the network tab. What am I doing wrong? How can I make sure that the implementation actually works?

Are there other fired tags that make HTTP requests? (eg. page view)
How did you configure your MTM conversion tag?
Do you know the Tag Manager Extended free plugin?
