Goal created 2 visit logs and deleted tag still shows up

  1. After the user triggered a goal (Download File), the visit log shows up two same user log at the same time (Image 1 & 2). What I expect to get is just no.2 instead of no.2 and no.1.

  2. Besides, the Scroll Depth (Deleted Tag) tag which I deleted it a long time ago but sometimes it still pops up from nowhere.
