I am unable to get into Settings/Websites to add IP addresses for exclusion.
Cannot find out why - have updated to 1.6 and reinstalled but still cannot get into Settings/Websites - just a blank page.
Can anyone tell me where Piwik stores the excluded IPs so that I can manually add them.
