When looking at campaign hits, I always find some duplicate keywords: one having a number of visits (screenshot 1) and another one with a dash “-” as the visit number (screenshot 2).
Am I missing something?

Thank you for your reply matt, but I’m still confused about my situation.
Why do I have duplicate keywords in the same timespan, in the same campaign, one having actual visits and the other one in set to “-” (zero)?.
Wouldn’t it be easier to simply aggregate those results?
I read the FAQ you linked me but it seems to cover a slightly different scenario: conversion scoring without visits.
Oh you are right, I didn’t see that the same keyword appears WITH and WITHOUT visits! This is definitely a bug. In fact it looks very much like this bug: One single campaign appearing twice in campaigns report · Issue #2795 · matomo-org/matomo · GitHub
can you please comment there with your report as well? I hope to replicate and find the bug but haven’t been able to yet.
