File integrity for all Files?

Hello

i have installed Piwik and i have delete the Files : CHANGELOG.md and README.md.
And when i install or make the System Check Piwik shows "File integrity check failed and reported some errors."
The error commes well i have delete the files.
But i find that not good well on the CHANGELOG.md stand the Version number of Piwik and when it gave a
security Bug a attacker can find easy all old Piwiks.
Or not ?
I mean it was better to save the CHANGELOG or other where is the versions number …

Don’t delete the file. Instead configure your webserver to prevent it from serving .md files.
