Fehlermeldung: "Cache not supported"

Ich verwende zum ersten Mal das Wordpress-Plugin von matomo, erhalte aber bei jedem Link auf einen Bericht die Fehlermeldung: “Cache not supported”:

Ich verwende auch WP Rocket und das Borlabs Cookie-Plugin. Woran könnte das liegen?

Das scheint keine Fehlermeldung von uns zu sein. Zumindest konnte ich noch keine solche Fehlermeldung finden.

A user wrote with a similar problem:

I installed matomo as WP Plugin on the current WP version. I have also Divi and some plugins running. Right after Installation I tried to clicked on “Reports” and than it shows “An error occurred Cache not supported”.

(The solution, in my case)
after digging through lots of blogs in the web, I found the hint, that the Wordpress Plugin “Podlove Podcast” gets in conflict with motamo. After disabling it, the error disappered. This may be a good hint for other customers or even your FAQ.
