Feedburner Statistics Widgets?!

Hi everyone! I have started using Piwik a couple of days ago. Works great!
I only don’t understand what I should add to Feedburner statistics in order to work properly!
Other posts about this topic aren’t explicit.
Any help?!

Thanks!

Piwik should work properly without this widget of course. Do you have a problem with it?

You have to register at http://feedburner.com and publish your feed (there is a step-by-step instruction).
Once you have published your feed, you can go to “Publicize” at http://feeds.feedburner.com/yourfeedsname. You will find “Awareness API” - activate it, put your feeds name in the Piwik feedburner statistics field, enter and it should work.

Thank you guys!

I added a FAQ answer as well: How to - Analytics Platform - Matomo

Great! Its easy to activate. I guess if you don’t have that in FAQ, a lot of people will come here asking the same!

I have updated the FAQ with the definitions: How to - Analytics Platform - Matomo

There are advantages to have the Feedburner widget. When people pick up the rss feed, they actually get a feedburner feed, where by gets a count on google that someone subscribed to the feed. This is a sign of activity for google, a part of recent caffeine update
