Fatal error generating report in 1.8,2

Hey I am trying to generate a report running 1.8.2 and I am getting the following error. I have tried with and without graphs.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77 bytes) in /home/sworks12/public_html/piwik/core/DataTable/Manager.php on line 77

I have my php.ini set to 256mb thanks

Try to disable graphs from the report?

Yes I did, same issue.
