Hello,

i have a problem. I got the information that version 0.6.3 is available. So I clicked then on automatic update. I got then the error message that any files/directories don’t have the right write access. I have then changed the write access to “777”. I wanted now visit the admin interface (so I can make now the automatic update).

Unfortunately I get now the error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Piwik::getloginpluginname() in /var/www/vhosts/dofc.eu/subdomains/pk/httpdocs/plugins/CoreHome/Controller.php  on line 36

How can I fix this error?

Hi

“777” is not ok for a directory… It should be “755” and for files “644”.

Did you try to update manually. Move the files to your server?

Don’t forget to make a backup… But I guess that don’t make any problems.
