Execute Tags only for specific Users/User Journeys

Hello everyone,

is it possible to execute tags (or fire a trigger) only for some users, based on the navigation history?
As example would like a tag to be executed only for users who have been on the website more than once, or who have visited more than one page in the domain.

Hi @Luca
You can either use a cookie: You create it at fist visit, then if the cookie value is more than 30 minutes (the same as Matomo visit default timerange), then you activate MTM tracking code.
Or, in case of authenticated users, you can use the application DB information to know if the visit is the first one or not. You put this information in the page, and activate MTM tracking code according to this value.
