Error with interface in localhost

When I was trying to install piwik, it doesn’t show correctly the buttons and the general interface, like this: /uploads/db1181/optimized/2X/c/c4183f770756f6c6f81a7894360ff07d05a0fb99_1_551x500.png

I have tried change all permissions to 740 but is useless. Any idea?
