Error in when install

When I write the address for the installation, the following message to :

Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
in ‘/home/iranimag/public_html/ziwik/core/Config.php’ at the line 248

Make sure piwik/config/global.ini.php exists and is readable by the web server.
Remove parse_ini_file from the list of disabled functions in your PHP configuration.
