Hello, I’m trying to install matomo on my server but got this error in the first step of installation. Please how do i resolve it? “No Entry or class found in path.tmp.template” please i’ve tried editing the config.global file to include this but it almost broke the site.
Have you created the cache folder under piwik/tmp?
Also, are the permissions on the cache folder correct?
