Error in Custom Variables in Piwik

Greetings,

I have added the Piwik code in my website with cutom variables to capture the username.
I am able to get it in my visitor log. but when i check the custom variable webpart. I get the following error.
here i get the count of usernames who have visited the site during particular period.

Template “@CoreHome/_singleReport.twig” is not defined ().

Please help.Let me know what can be done
