Error in Automatically update to 2.10

Hello

I tried to update Piwik to 2.10 with Automatically but I see this message

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

Hi, do you have the same error if you re-try again? Piwik works fine if you exclude the update problem?
