Can you check your webserver error log (or the matomo.log)? Maybe there is a more specific error message.

Hi,

This error message doesn’t come from Matomo and it doesn’t even come from PHP. Instead it seems to be a weird issue with the libc on your operating system. Make sure e.g. that the PHP binary you are using is compiled for the rest of the system libraries you currently have installed.

But it was in matomo’s log mail …

Anyway, I searched, found many similar errors with dl.so, but never exactly mine, and most of all I found them all related to ubuntu, I’m on centos … but the solution always seems to be updating the server … so I update and hopefully it works.
